Midwest IMF, Inc. has a Quality Management System that is continuously maintained and improved to assure compliance with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization.  Ed Hippensteel, Senior Quality Manager has over 36 years of combined industrial quality experience.  Nate Denton is the Production Floor Quality Supervisor.   Ed and Nate, along with the entire team are diligently working toward the corporate goal of displaying the banner "ISO 9001:2015 Certified" by July of 2018.


Midwest IMF is committed to meet each of our customer's specifications and requirements.  This assures part and/or assembly compliance and integrity.  Midwest processes include:

1)  UL approved Pretreatment Line, 

2)  Oven Chart Tests,

3)  Certificates of Compliance, 

4)  FAI,

5)  Material Certifications,

6)  1,000-hour Salt Spray Test Certification per ISO AS205, 

7)  1,000-hour Humidity Test Certification per ISO AS205, and 

8)  Paint compliance and thickness verification. 

We request and use our customers 3-D drawings and CAD files to assure the machine programming for accurate part fabrication.
